Mobile Fleet Maintenance & On-Site Fleet Repair

Fleet maintenance built around your schedule, not shop hours.

Fleet managers are measured by uptime, equipment availability and total routes run. When a truck is down, routes shift, drivers wait, and coverage tightens. Sometimes you lease a unit just to keep promises. Cost per mile creeps up.

Traditional shops operate on normal business hours. Fleets are often pushed behind retail work, even when those vehicles are tied to contracts and delivery windows.

We provide mobile fleet maintenance and on-site repairs structured around real operating demands, compliance requirements, and uptime performance across commercial truck, delivery, utility, and mixed fleet operations.
Service is scheduled around when your units are down, not when a shop bay happens to open.

On Site Fleet Maintenance Services

Reactive maintenance gets expensive. Fast.

Our on-site fleet maintenance services are built around preventative fleet maintenance inspections (PMI) and scheduled service intervals that protect uptime before problems escalate.

Small unaddressed issues can turn into on-road failures. Missed service windows create compliance risk. A delayed inspection can ground a vehicle during peak hours.

Fleet maintenance services include:

  • Oil & Fluid Services
  • Brake Inspections
  • Filter Replacements
  • Routine System Checks
  • Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Inspections

PMI scheduling is part of our fleet maintenance scheduling process and is built around your operating windows. Service is planned to reduce unexpected failures and keep more vehicles available during peak operating hours.

We track what was done, when it was done, and what is coming next.

On-Site Mobile Fleet Repair Services

Breakdowns happen. Components fail. Warning lights show up when the schedule is already tight.

Our on-site mobile fleet repair services are built to respond quickly to those situations. We provide mobile truck repair and mobile diesel repair directly at your location, so units do not have to be transported off-site unless required.

We handle diagnostics, failed components, electrical issues, brake problems, cooling system failures, and unexpected mechanical breakdowns. Most on-site truck repair work can be completed where the vehicle is parked, reducing transfer time and protecting route coverage.

When environmental or site restrictions limit what can be completed on your property, we adjust the repair plan and coordinate the fastest path to return the unit to service.

Fleet Compliance

DOT Inspections & Fleet Compliance

Our DOT compliance services are built for fleets that operate under state and federal oversight. Fleet DOT compliance is tied directly to operating authority, contract requirements, and audit readiness.

We provide:

  • Commercial Vehicle DOT Inspections
  • DOT Inspection for Fleets
  • Mobile DOT Inspection Services
  • Fleet Safety Compliance Checks
  • Ongoing Compliance Support

DOT inspection mobile appointments are scheduled around your operating windows so units are not pulled off route during peak hours. Inspection documentation is completed to meet audit standards, and any deficiencies are identified with a defined correction path so vehicles can return to compliant status without unnecessary delay.

For fleets operating in Oregon and California, we follow both state and cross-border compliance requirements to ensure vehicles remain road-ready across jurisdictions.

FAQs About On-Site Fleet Maintenance

  • No. We come to you. Your vehicles stay on your lot the entire time. If something genuinely cannot be done on-site because of EPA or site restrictions, we’ll tell you and figure out the fastest way to get that unit back on the road.

  • We work around your schedule. Most fleets are rolling by 7 a.m., so we plan service before that window opens or after it closes. Pulling a truck for an oil change during peak hours doesn’t make sense for anyone. We’ve built our availability around your schedule.

  • We push until we find the needed part. Back orders are not an accepted answer here. If a part isn’t available through the usual channels, we start calling. Someone, somewhere has it. We don’t want a vehicle sitting for days waiting on a part that’s available two states away.

  • Yes. We handle DOT inspections for Oregon and California, and we know the cross-border requirements for fleets running between the two states. Everything is documented to audit standards.

  • If you use a third-party fleet management provider, just request us as your preferred vendor through your portal. We know how those approval and estimate workflows operate and we handle our side of it. If you don’t use a management partner, you can work with us directly.
